How do I know if I am obese or overweight?

When you have an excess amount of body weight that includes muscle, bone, fat and water you are considered overweight. Obesity is defined as an excess proportion of total body fat. A person is considered obese when his or her Body Mass Index (BMI) is equal to or greater than 30.

Do you do surgery?

No, our program is designed as a non-invasive curriculum with licensed professionals and well researched technology. However, if you need surgery we will be able to do referrals for you.
